摘要
在进行可靠度计算时 ,只有个别几种应力强度分布的可靠度可以采用解析式进行计算 ,而大多数的应力强度分布是难以推导出解析式的。图解法和文献 [1]推介的数值积分法求解可靠度方法繁琐、误差较大、精度难以达到要求 ,应用MATLAB对零件可靠度进行计算 ,计算精度高、简单实用、实践证明 。
On calculating the degree of reliability,we can only calculate the degree of reliability of some stress intensity’s distribution by using analytical formula,and many of the stress intensity’s distribution is difficulty to deduce the analytical formula.The graphic method and method of numerical integration introduced by document^([1]) are loaded down with trivial,error larger,and the accuracy is lower for require.We can obtain the high accuracy when we calculate the degree of part by using MATLAB,and it is easy and practical,it is a good method to calculate the degree of reliability by practice proving.
