摘要
介绍了矿井提升机减速器的振动测试与故障诊断 ,对轴承及齿轮的特征频率采用时域与频域相结合的方法进行了分析 ,结论与实际情况相吻合。
In this paper, the fault diagnosis of mine hoisting gear box are monitered by means of vibration test. The gears and bearings' characteristic frequencies are analysed by the means of combination of time region and frequency region. The conclusion is accord with the practical instance,through the analysis of the test result, the conclusion can provide theory evidence for the prevention and maintenance to the fault diagnosis of mine hoisting.
