摘要
零件表面粗糙度对零件的承载能力、耐磨性、配合性质、密封性能有很大的影响。根据零件接触点间的弹性变形与塑性变形特点分析 ,提出了计算金属匀质粗糙表面承载后实际接触面积的图解分析法。按此方法确定零件接触面积 ,无需给出凸峰分布和曲率半径 ,仅用一个静态参数—不平度平均间距 。
In order to determine the actual contacting area on the parts joint, the author brings forward the graphical analytical method on the calculation of metal homogeneous rough actual contacting area after bearing the weight according to the analysis for the elasticity deformation and plastic deformation characteristic on the parts jointing area by the method,and only static parameter and average space of unevenness is enough. Besides, the method can be used to calculate the actual contacting area of proccssed surface.
