通过用ANSYS进行有限元分析 ,并且与传统的铸铁材料工作台相比较 ,得出泡沫铝材料机床工作台不论是在吸收冲击能 ,还是在减振性、阻尼性能方面都优于铸铁材料工作台。因此 。
We can know that foam aluminum material of machine working table is superior to iron casting material of machine working table on absorbing conflitting energy,reducing vibrating and damping properties though finite-elememt analysis with ANSYS and comparing with machine working table of iron casting.So, machine working table of foam aluminum is superior to machine working table of iron casting in terms of dynamic state.
