摘要
问句是法庭会话的基础和特征。通过对三场典型法庭审判中的问句进行定性的分析,归纳出问句的类型及其功能,进而揭示出法庭会话这一法律诉讼文体的特征。
The interrogative sentence is the base and main feature of the courtroom discourse. This paper is based on the qualitative analysis of the interrogative sentences in three civil trials. Through the examination on the types and functions of these interrogative sentences, we try to reveal the main stylistic features of the courtroom discourse.
