现代化的法律在农村的认同度较低 ,运用效果也不尽如人意。我国自近代以来一直奉行移植法律的方式 ,但面对农村的法制现实 ,法律建构社会的能力受到质疑。中国受条件约束 ,在只能用移植方式建立法治国时 。

The modern law has gained low recognition in rural area,whose results have not reached our anticipation.There are tow possible ways,legal transplanting and the native resource.The confidence in constituting the modern law and the ability whether the law can mold China into a modern society are the fatal differences concealed behind the contest of the two ways.Restricted by its own conditions,China can only develop the rule of law by legal transplanting,but China should also give attention to the rule of moral.
