摘要
郭光允为了如实举报程维高的违纪问题遭受打击报复整整8年,甚至被劳动教养并开除党籍。郭光允是在用自己的遭遇呼唤《举报法》的出台。制定《举报法》是我国政治文明建设的必修课,全国人民正翘首以待。
GUO Guang-yun had suffered from CHENG Wei-gao抯 revenge for 8 years, including reeducation through labor and being expelled from the party, just because he reported CHENG Wei-gao抯 behavior of violating the disciplines. Drafting the 搊ffence reporting law ?is a compulsory course in the construction of political civilization in china, and people around the country are looking forward to the enactment of it.
