摘要
本文分析了跨国并购成为国际直接投资主流趋势的原因 ,并指出当东道国为发展中国家时 ,FDI进入方式有着独特的规律。文章在考察FDI的实践后 ,认为尽管外资并购会大幅增长 。
The paper contributes to understand why cross-border M&A becomes the main trend It is argued that the mode of FDI entry developing country is different form the global trend After analyzing the history of FDI practice in China, the author believes that cross-border M&A does not certainly become the most important mode with the rapid growth of the cross-border M&A
