含磷深冲钢板的△r值与织构的关系

RELATIONS BETEWEEN Δr VALUE AND TEXTURE OF DEEP DRAWING CONTAINING PHOSPHORUS STEEL

本文介绍了含磷深冲钢板的△r 值与织构的关系,指出△r 值主要由平行于轧向的晶向{111}<uvw>决定。分别由体积百分含量的差值(△V/V_({111}<112>)-△V/V_({111}<110>)和 W_(lmn)对△r 值进行回归,得出了△r 值与织构之间的定量关系。

The relations between △r value and texture of deep drawing phosphorus con-taining steels have been studied.It is concluded that △r value depends on{111}<uvw>whichparalled to the rolling direction.The △r value is regressed respectively by(△V/V_({111}<112>)-△V/V_({111}<110>))and W_(1mn).This calculated results shows there exists quanti-tative relation between △r value and texture.
