摘要 研究了氢化处理对退火α-Ti 板材的组织、结构及性能的影响。α-Ti 在室温出现两种结构的氢化物:有序的 fctγ相(TiH)和 fccδ相(TiH_2)。分析了用 X 射线衍射只查觉到δ相的原因。氢化物的数量及形态影响除氢后基体的晶粒组织。控制氢含量可以改善拉伸性能及疲劳性能。 Several types of hydrogenation/dehydrogenation processes have been studiedand applied to achieve the structural modification in commercial annealed α-Ti plate material.It is discovered that,at room temperature,there exist two kinds of hydride according to theamount of hydrogen introduced into the material.One is fctγphase(TiH)and the other is fcc δphase(TiH_2).Interpretation is given to accout the fact that only δ phase can be detected by us-ing X ray diffraction technique.The amount of hydride and its morphology affect the grainstructure of the matrix after dehydrogenation.By suitably controlling the amount ofhydrogenation and the process of dehydrogenation,the grain structure of the matrix can be al-tered in such a way that both tensile mechanical properties and fatigue behavior can be im-proved.
