摘要
本文研究了针状硅灰石的制备方法,比较了介质搅拌磨和超音速气流磨在制备针状硅灰石上的应用效果。结果表明超音速气流磨是相对比较理想的设备,粉碎产品的晶型得到最大程度的保护,长径比较大。同时对硅灰石的粉碎机理以及两种设备的粉碎方式进行了初步探讨,为针状硅灰石粉体的制备提供了研究方向。
Preparation methods of aciform wollastonite powder are researched in this paper. The effects ofmilling are also compared between medium agitated milling and supersonic pneumatic milling. It is convinced thatsupersonic pneumatic milling be better as the crystal form would be well protected and the length be larger thanother methods. The mechanisms for size reduction of wollastonite and crush methods of the two equipments arediscussed primarily. This work will provide new orientations for the preparation of aciform wollastonite powder.
