摘要
我国开发区的设立有力地推动了社会经济的发展,但开发区用地存在不少问题,特别是在新一轮 经济热潮涌动下,许多地区以建设开发区为名义大肆圈地,引发了许多社会问题。文章探讨了开发区用地利用现状、成因与对策,同时提出了两个亟待进一步研究的问题。
The establishment of development zones in China has powerfully push the development of social econˉomy,but there exist many problems in land use at those development zones,especially under the new circle of hot economic tide.Many social problems occurred when large quantities of land were encircled at many regions in the name of establishing development zones.This paper expounds the present status,forming reasons and counter measures for land utilization at development zones;and puts forward2issues for urgent and further study.
