摘要
文章系统论述了天津市发展农业科技园区的发展思路、规划原则、建设标准、总体目标、规划布 局、实施对策。提出了“一圈两带”(环城经济圈、综合经济带、滨海经济带)的整体发展布局,重点发展8种类型的农业科技园区和农业主导产业,并提出了3项实施对策。
This paper systematically expounds the development thoughts,Program principle,construction stanˉdard,general target,program layout,and implement counter measures in establishing Tianjing Agriculture Sciˉence and Technology Garden.It also puts forward the entire development distribution of'One Circle and Two Belts'(round city economic ring,comprehensive economic belt,sea coast economic belt);8types of agriculture science and technology garden and leading agriculture industries that should be developed with emphasis;and3implementation counter measures.
