摘要
通过对网上支付中民事法律责任和刑事法律责任问题的探索及分析,目的在于解决电子商务中的相关经济纠纷及刑事犯罪等法律问题,推动网上支付法的制定步伐,加快网上支付的推广及应用,扫除我国电子商务发展过程中的网上支付障碍,促进电子商务健康有序地发展。
The civil liability and the criminal liability in payment online are explored and analysed.This exploration and analysis aim to settle legal problems such as economic dispute and criminal offense in e-commerce;and to quicken the pace of making the law of payment online so as to quicken the spread and the application of payment online;and to remove the obstacles of payment online in the course of developing e-ommerce in our country.They are of significane in promoting healthy and ordered development of e-commerce.
