论珠江源头地区旅游资源优势及其开发对策

On Advantages and Strategies of Developing Tourism in the Area of the Source of the Pearl River

珠江源头地区旅游资源开发与建设是该地区经济振兴的一项重要内容。在国家实施西部大开发战略和云南提出建立旅游经济强省的背景下 ,珠江源头地区旅游资源的开发和旅游经济建设面临着诸多机遇和条件 ,同时 ,也存在一些困难和问题。为此 ,必须采取切实有效的对策措施 :(1)实施“以线串点 ,以点带面”的点轴开发战略 ,构建珠江源头地区旅游圈 ;(2 )以生态旅游业为主 ,其它旅游业为辅的发展格局 ;(3)以政府为主导 ,逐步健全旅游资源深开发机制 ;(4)建立多元化投融资机制 ,加大旅游产品的科技和文化投入 ;(5 )培育特色旅游基地 ,加强区域内外合作 ,确保区域旅游业可持续发展 ;(6 )把旅游资源的深度开发同扶贫攻坚有机结合起来。

It is an important item to develop and construct tourist resources in the place around the source of the Pearl River. Under the background of carrying out the national west development and realizing the solid tour province proposed by Yunnan province government,the area has encountered a great of opportunities and conditions while there exists some troubles and problems. Therefore some effective measures should be taken. The first is to construct a tourist circle based on the policy of developing the partial area for the whole part. The second is to establish a developing strategy of putting ecological tourism in the first place and others in the second place. The third is to have well-completed tourism mechanism directed by the authority. The fourth is to enlarge scientific,technological and cultural output in order to set up multi-invested financial systems. The fifth is to foster tourim base with characteristics and strengthen the cooperation in and out for the purpose of ensuring the continual development of local tourism. The last is to integrate tour resources with poverty-supporting item.
