解析平面变形辊拔的曲线积分法

摘要 设定了平面变形辊拔直角坐标系连续速度场,以曲线积分方法求得摩擦功率,按上界定理求得辊拔力解析解。该解与Avitzur公式进行了比较。 The continuous velocity and strain rate fields in rectangular coordinates are estabushed for plane strain drawing through idling rolls in this paper. The friction power is obtained by the curvilinear integration. With upper-bound theorem, an analytical solution has been got and compared with that from Avitzur's formula.
