2Cr13钢不同处理状态冲蚀磨损试验结果表明,在石英砂冲击时,磨损率为冲击速度的指数关系,速度指数在1.5~1.9范围变化;以20°和70°冲角下的磨损率来衡量,调质态为典型的延性型,氮化态为典型的脆性型。四种处理状态的磨损率随磨料硬度的增高呈现不同的变化,并不全是随磨料硬度的增高而增加;除磨料硬度对磨损有影响外,还需顾及磨料其它特性所造成的影响。冲蚀磨损抗力高低的排队是,玻璃砂冲击时为氮化、淬火、回火、调质;石英砂冲击时则恰好相反。
The experimental results of erosion of 2Cr13 steel under various heat treatment conditions show that the erosion rates have exponent relationship with impact velocity when the SiO_2 erodent was used. The vcloeity exponent is in the range of 1.5 to 1.9. When the impact angle is of 20° or 70°, ductile erosion was observed for quenched and tempered specimens and brittle erosion was fbund for nitriding specimens. The erosion rates do not always increase with increasing erodent hardness for different treated 2Cr13 steel. Besides the influence of erodent hardness on erosion, the effects of other characteristics of the erodent have also to be taken into account. The resistance of 2Cr13 steel against erosion decreases in the following order for glass grit crodent; nitriding, quenching, quenching+tempering at 200℃ and quenching+tempering at 650℃. The opposite sequence was observed when SiO_2 grit was used as erodent.
