摘要
设计了用于硫酸介质的新型高合金不锈钢的化学成分,采用金相显微境、X—射线衍射、透射电镜、电子探针显微分析手段和多种腐蚀试验方法研究了析出相的种类,成分、结构、形貌、分布和钢的耐蚀性能。研究结果表明,该钢经1150℃固溶处理可得到单相奥氏体组织,在20~80%H_2SO_4,温度为80℃的硫酸介质中具有优良的耐蚀性和良好的综合机械性能与铸造性能。
In this paper, a new high alloy stainless steel designed for corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid was made. MctaUographic microscope, X-ray diffraction apparatus, TEM and EMPA are applied to study the kind、composition、structure、morphology and distribution of precipitated phase, and corrosion resistance of steel were studied under varied corrosion test. The results show that it has a single-phase austenite microstructure after solution treatment at 1150℃, so to provide a good corrosion resistance in 20%~80% H_2SO_4 at 80℃ and has a good synthetic mechanical properties and casting behaviors.
