摘要
本文概述了合金溶质分配系数的确定方法。基于合金在温度梯度炉中重熔并静止保温,可在熔化界面附近的固、液相区中产生溶质再分布的实验现象,提出了一种测定合金溶质分配系数的新方法。讨论了“梯度重熔—静止保温法”测定合金溶质分配系数的优越性以及减小测量误差的方法。应用本方法测定的Al-4wt%Cu合金平衡溶质分配系效k为0.153。
A survey of methods for determination of partition coefficients of alloys is made. Based on the experimentally observed phenomenon of the solute redistributions in Al-4wt%Cu sampies held in a temperature-gradient after partly remelting, a Remelting-Holding technique for measurements of partition coefficients of alloys is proposed. By the present method, the partition coefficient of Al-4wt%Cu alloy is determined as k=0.153. The virtues and measurement errors of the proposed technique are discussed.
