摘要
活性炭的应用领域不断扩大 ,生产、生活中对活性炭的需求日益增多 ,生产活性炭的原料来源却受到一定的限制。竹制品生产中约 6 0 %的废弃物得不到利用 ,以竹材加工剩余物为原料 ,通过化学、物理方法生产活性炭 ,经过反复试验研究 ,结果表明 :以蒸汽法生产活性炭 ,活化温度以 90 0℃ ,炭水比1∶ 2 ,活化时间可根据对产品的性能要求而定。
The active carbon is utilized broadly in various fields,for example, environment -protecting,food,medicine and water-treating etc.The demand for the active carbon in our lives is fast increasing.Yet,the raw materials for active carbon is limited.Meannhile,about 60% waste in bamboo factories were discarded.The Left-over of bamboo timber was utilized to produce active carbon by physical and chemical methods. After several tests,the efficient condition is as follows:steam-activating,activing temperature 900 ℃,the ratio of carbon to water 1∶2.Activing time can be decided acording to the remand of product quality.
