摘要
本文研究了利用氨水作为蒸煮液对天然原料竹材中木质素的高效分离作用 ,并探讨了在不同氨水浓度 ,液固比 ,最高反应温度 ,最高反应温度下保温时间等条件对氨水分离竹材中木质素的影响 ,研究结果表明 :当氨水浓度为 2 5 % ,液固比为 6∶ 1,最高反应温度为 180℃下保温 3h,氨水对竹材中木质素的分离效果最佳。并就反应得到的氨黑液的资源化利用提出自己看法。
A technology using aqueous ammonia as cooking liquor for bamboo was studied in the paper. The effects of the concentration of cooking liquor,liquor-to-solid ratio, the maximum temperature of cooking,cooking time at maximum temperature were systematically experimented.The results indicated that the best condition to distill lignin from bamboo is as follows:concentration of ammonia 25%, liquor-to-solid 6/1, cooking at temperature 180℃ for 3 hours. The utilization of the black liquor wealth was also discussed.
