女大学生可持续性发展与女性教育之我见

On the Sustainable Development of Female College Students and Women's Education

目前我国的女性教育已经蓬勃发展,女大学生可持续性发展问题是当代高等教育关注的焦点。面对着女大学生人生追求的迷茫、女性主体意识的困惑、就业形势日益严峻、在男权社会男女不公平竞争等社会现实中,高等女性教育应义不容辞地以“十六大”为发展契机,用“三个代表”作为指导思想,构建女性教育的新平台,全面推进女性教育的改革和发展,积极培养女大学生的可持续发展的意识和能力,为社会的发展挖掘人力资源,为女性深层的解放和人生幸福奠定基础。

With the development of women's education, female college students' sustainable development has become the focus of high education at present. In face of the bewilderment of their life pursuit, the puzzlement of their subjective consciousness, the increasingly grim situation of their employment and the reality of unfair competition between men and women, women's high education should, under the guidance of 'Three Representatives', make the best of the 16th National Party Congress to promote the reform and development of female education and cultivate women's sustainable consciousness and ability so as to tap the potentials of manpower for social advancement and lay a foundation for women's genuine emancipation and happiness.
