摘要
介绍了一种条形码式电能表收费控制器，给出了条形码收费原理及控制器的软硬件设计方法。本研究为预收费电能表的研制、开发提供了一种新的方法。
This paper presents a design of a controller of watthour meter for prepaymentby bar code，including its circuit principle and design method of program. It provides a newmethod for the study of prepayment watthour meter.
