‘燕安 1’是从燕山安梨 (PyrusussuriensisMaxim .)群体中选育出来的优良品种 ,果实平均质量 10 9 4g ,可溶性固形物 16 4 % ,可滴定酸 1 0 2 % ,维生素C 10 5 2mg·kg-1,肉质细腻、多汁 ,具有浓郁的安梨香气和风味 ,9月下旬～

Yan An 1'is a new pear variety, selected from the colony of Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim.in Yanshan. The soluble solids content is 16 4%, the titratable acid content is 1 02%, and the vitamin C content is 10 52 mg·kg -1 , the culture has an average fruit mass of 109 4 g and matured in late September to early October in Qinhuangdao. Its flesh is fine and tender in texture with the aroma and flavor of Anli.
