不同温度条件下茄子发芽率与其低温耐性关系初探

Preliminary Study on Relations between Germination Percentage of Eggplant Seed under Different Temperatures and Adult Plant Resistant to Low temperature

用已知对低温敏感性差异较大的 4个茄子材料 ,在不同温度条件下测定其发芽率 ,通过耐冷指数的构建和 4 8个茄子材料的田间实际耐低温检验 ,认为经过赤霉素 1μL/L溶液浸种后在 2 0℃催芽

Four materials were used to study the appraisal methods and indexes for eggplant low temperature,Index of chilling tolerance was established and 48 eggplant materials were tested by planting in the 2 tunnels under low temperature actually.The results showed that the germination percentage germinated for 96 h under 20℃ after seed soaking by gibberellin solution 1 μL/L could explore eggplant low temperature tolerance correctly.
