摘要 哈茨木霉Th-A和Th-B的孢子存活力受温度、贮藏期和调理剂的影响,并随时间的延长孢子的存活力明显下降。在室温条件下贮藏60d,Th-A和Th-B的孢子存活率分别达71 33%和73 33%,在4℃冷库里贮藏60d,两菌株孢子存活率分别达90 00%和92 67%.贮藏90d时,室温下Th-A和Th-B的孢子存活率分别为14 00%和18 00%,在冷库中孢子存活率为46 67%和32 67%.两个菌株与土壤调理剂混合时,在45d时,冷库中孢子存活率基本没有变化,但在室温下存活率很低,仅5 77%~57 14%,60d后,冷库和室温下存活率≤1%.2个菌株在马铃薯根围中定殖能力随着施用后的时间延长而下降,但在140d后,仍能检测到施入量的10%以上菌量,Th-A和Th-B比未施用木霉对照高出63 64倍和153 48倍。 Survival ability of Trichoderma harzianum Th-A and Th-B was affected by temperature and period during storage and reduced as storage period. Th-A and Th-B survived at 71.33% and 73.33% at room temperature and 90.00% and 92.67% at 4℃ after 2 month storage, 14.00% and 18.00%, 46.67% and 32.67%, respectively, after 3 month storage. Both of the strains kept 100% alive at 4℃ and 5.77%~57.14% at room temperature after 45 day storage and their survival percentage was smaller than 1% at the two temperatures after 2 month storage. Although the two strains decreased in colony forming units per gram as the application time after they were employed into potato rhizospheric soil, at 140 days they still survived 10% about the number applied, indicating both of the strains were as 63.64 and 153.48 times as the control without the application.
