摘要
应用代谢流分析方法 ,实验测定副产物的积累速率 ,将数据输入计算机 ,应用MATLAB软件计算肌苷发酵中后期代谢流分布。通过分析代谢网络中重要的节点 ,提出了优化肌苷生物合成途径的建议。
With the metabolic flux analysis method, the accumulation rates of by products were determined by experiments, and the data were calculated by computer with MATLAB,and results was obtained indicating the metabolic flux distribution in the mid and later phase of fermentation. A proposal related to the optimization of biosynthesis of inosine was put forward based on analysis of the important nodes.
