摘要
综合评价了花生的营养成分,花生油脂及花生制品是集营养、保健于一身的优质油脂和食品。提出了花生产业化发展战略为:长期发展、从战略高度认识发展、黄河流域的发展战略和重点支持战略。
The article synthetically evaluated the peanut nutrient. Peanut lipid and foodstuff are hygienical and nourishing. Peanut industrialization development strategy was pointed out as: long-term development strategy, Yellow River area development strategy and concentrative supporting strategy.
