多粒型花生的SSR分子标记 被引量:31

摘要 多粒型花生是花生四大类型之一,具有优质、抗叶斑病、早熟等特性。共筛选出16个能在多粒型花生品种DNA中扩增出多态性片段的SSR引物,每个SSR引物能扩增出1~7个DNA片段,在24个花生品种中能扩增出1~23条多态性片段。根据SSR分子标记计算出品种间遗传距离为0.09~0.82,平均为0.59。聚类分析结果说明所分析的24个花生种质可分为不同的品种群。 Var.fastigiata is one of botanical varieties of cultivated peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.). There are special traits such as fine quality, resistance to leaf spot disease and early maturities in some peanut germplasm of this type. 16 SSR primers isolated from groundnut DNA were screened out to amplify polymorphic DNA fragments across the 24 genotypes tested. 1~7 DNA fragments were amplified with each primer and the total polymorphic DNA fragments across all the genotypes tested ranged from 1 to 23 for each primer. Average genetic distance among the peanut genotypes was 0.59 and ranged from 0.09 to 0.82. The 24 genotypes can be divided into different variety groups based on the clustering result.
