摘要
在生产线上 ,将热水浸渍后的稻草用双辊磨动态挤压磨解 ,制取机械浆 ,配用废纸抄造瓦楞原纸 ,为稻草资源利用开辟一条新途径。动态挤压的揉搓作用 ,使稻草纤维分离、变形 ,成纸后具有一定强度 ,生产废水易于处理。
To get MP, the straw dipped by hot water is extruded dynamically by using the two_roll milling on the producing line, and the corrugated paper are made by mixing waste paper. The technique develops a new path for straw resource utilization. Because of the knead effect of dynamic extruding, the straw fibre has certain intensity after having been separated and distorted. The wastewater during producing is easy to be treated.
