摘要
传统的热处理方法处理的丝锥 ,难以满足零件对丝锥综合性能的要求。本文提出 ,在成本增加不多的条件下 ,通过复合热处理的方法 ,可以充分利用现有设备和成熟的热处理工艺 ,大幅度地提高丝锥的热处理性能。这为此类课题的解决提出了一条有效。
The synthetic performance of high_speed steel tap treated by traditional heat_treatment is hard to satisfy the parts' request. Under the condition that the cost increases little, the complex heat_treatment can make it possible to greatly improve the heat_treatment performance of tap by making full use of the current equipments and mature heat-treatment crafts. This valid and practical method is helpful to solve similar problems.
