The plastic property of the cold_rolled_twisted bar is evaluated comprehensively in this paper. The feasibility of using cold_rolled_twisted bar in concrete and the principle of taking section shrinkage as the criterion for determining the plastic property of the cold_rolled_twisted bar are also presented in the paper.
