Correctly Handling Eight Major Relations in College CYL's Work

高校共青团工作应认真研究新世纪、新形势下的新问题,把握时代潮流脉搏,正确处理好第一课堂与第二课堂、管理与服务、继承与创新、思想灌输与寓教于乐、校内与校外、形式与内容、重点与一般、突击与持久,等八大关系。要以第一课堂为主导,以第二课堂作补充延伸;要以严格管理提供优质服务;要继承宝贵经验、弘扬优良传统,不断与时俱进地开拓创新;要理论灌输的喜闻乐见;要立足特色校园文化建设,注重智力优势的社会辐射,整合社会资源以拓展大学生社会实践;要选准活动内容,论证丰富多彩的形式;要全面开展各项工作、重点服务党委工作中心;要集中抓以打开局面,经常抓以持久深入。

In the new century,in the work of the CYL in colleges and universities we should conscientiously study new problems under new circumstances,and correctly handle eight major relations.These relations are as follows:(1)the relation between the regular classroom and the open classroom;(2)the relation between management and service;(3)the relation between inheritance and innovation ;(4)the relation between spoon-feeding and education through entertainment;(5)the relation between the inside and the outside of the school;(6)the relation between content and form;(7)the relation between emphasis and generality;and (8) the relation between shock work and day-to-day work.
