为适应我国高校目前超速发展、大规模扩张的形势,高校党建工作要以“三个代表”重要思想为指导:在目标层面上,坚持为社会主义的办学方向和以教学科研为中心的学校发展大局提供优质服务和根本保证;在制度层面上,要发挥党委的中心作用,提高基层党支部组织的战斗力,落实党风廉政建设;在手段载体层面,要以丰富多样的活动、示范品牌的塑造、党建网页的建设,追求与高校文化优势完美结合的创新探索。

In order to cater to the needs of new circumstances,we must do a good job of Party building in tertiary colleges under the guidance of the important thought of the “Three Represents'.First,in respect to the goal,it is necessary to persist in providing the best service and a fundamental guarantee for the socialist orientation and the overall situation of the college.Second,in respect to the system,it is imperative to give full play to the central role of the Party committee,increase the fighting capacity of the primary Party branch,and implement the improvement of Party's work style and the buiding of a clean and honest Party.Third,in respect to measures,it is essential to explore work innovation combined with the college culture advantage through diverse and colourful activities and by establishing the web page for Party building.
