摘要
采用固相反应法制备了ZnCl2 /NaY固体L酸催化剂。用XRD、NH3 TPD测试技术对该类催化剂进行了表征 ;用ICP AES技术测定了ZnCl2 的有效负载量 ;在固定床反应器上考察了该类催化剂在邻苯二酚与甲醇的醚化反应中的催化性能 ;并对影响其催化性能的催化剂制备和催化反应条件进行了研究。结果表明 ,在优化反应条件下 ,含质量分数为 10 %的ZnCl2 /NaY是该醚化反应的最佳催化剂 (邻苯二酚的转化率和愈创木酚的选择性分别为 86 7%和 99 3% ) ,其催化性能远远高于含B酸的HY分子筛。
ZnCl 2 modified NaY solid L-acid catalysts were prepared by solid-state reaction and characterized by XRD and NH 3-TPD. The Zn content in the catalysts was determined by ICP-AES. The catalytic properties of the catalysts in the etherification of cathechol with methanol were examined in a fixed bed micro-reactor. The results indicated that ZnCl 2 modified NaY showed higher catalytic activity than HY with B acid sites in etherification. In the optimum reaction conditions , the conversion of catechol and the selectivity for guaiacol over ZnCl 2 (10%)/NaY were up to 86.7% and 99.3% respectively.
