Enterprise innovation, the permanent theme for the development of enterprise, has some periodic features. The typical periodic mode of enterprise innovation is represented by the American and Japanese quantum leaps which are sustained by unique business cultures such as the individual or collective innovations. The culture of enterprise innovation is the soul of enterprise innovation. Therefore, China’s enterprises should take advantage of their innovative experiences and develop a new culture of innovation so as to make innovation a value shared by all the enterprises.
