Encouragement—A Key to the Success of Educational Management

激励是根据人的需要、动机、目的和行为,对人进行某种刺激以发掘人的积极因素,调动和发挥其才能、智慧和潜力,以达到既定目标的行为过程。根据工作对象的实际,我们应该适时对其进行目标激励,或期望激励、典型激励、情感激励、信任激励、评价激励等。

Encouragement is process of a stimulation to a person in order to dig the active elements and inspire and develop his or her ability, intellects and talent based on the demand, the motive ,the aim and action. According to the working reality, we should give them the aim encouragement or hope encouragement or example encouragement or emotion encouragement or trust encouragement or evaluation encouragement.
