摘要
高师师资力量决定着高师的办学水平,也影响着未来基础教育的质量。目前,评估高师师资水平的机制还不健全,评估的方法还不够科学,这些都直接影响着高师的发展。科学评估高师的师资水平,应明确评估的层次和内容,建立校内和校外评估机制,完善评估的操作方法,按照评估的基本要求进行评估。
Teachers resources decide the level of the schooling in higher education, and affect the quality of the future basic education. At present, the structure of evaluating the level of teachers'teaching in higher education is not perfect, and the way is not scientific, all of which hinders the development of the higher education. The scientific evaluation should focus on the levels and the contents, establish the evaluating system within and out of the college, perfect the way and do it according to the demand.
