师爱既是教师职业道德的具体体现,又是培养人才,实现教育目的的根本要求。缺乏师爱的教育是畸形的教育。应试教育是导致师爱缺失的根本原因。要摒弃唯智独尊的错误教育观念,澄清教育的几个基本观点,全面实施素质教育,保障每个学生平等接受教育的权利。

The love of teachers is not only the concrete embodiment of the teacher's professional morality but also the basic demand of training personnel and achieving educational aims. Education of lacking the love of teacher is an unbalanced one, the essence of which is the examination-oriented education. We must get rid of the incorrect concept of the score first and make clear some educational point of views, carry out the all-round education, and have the equal rights of education for every one.
