摘要 详细论述了食用菌重金属富集及其机理。对食用菌的重金属来源进行分析 ,并提出相应的对策。 Heavy metal accumulation in edible mushroom and its mechanism were described in detail.The source of heavy metal in edible mushroom were analyzed,meanwhile,the corresponding methods were presented.
