摘要
采用离子交换色谱-脉冲安培检测法,可在不需要衍生的条件下测定糖.本研究采用NaOH为淋洗液,Ion-PacAG4A-SC预柱,CarboPacTMPA10分离柱,金电极为工作电极,Ag/AgCl电极为参比电极,离子交换色谱脉冲安培检测法测定沉积物及颗粒物中的含糖量.各种糖分离效果较好,各组分的线性、重现性良好.该方法不仅具有较好的灵敏度和检测限,而且对痕量复杂组分样品分析,干扰少,测定效果好.
Sugar can be directly determined without derivation reaction by ion exchange chromatography-pulsed ampere detector, in which the eluent is 22.5 mmol/L NaOH, a gold electrode is work electrode and Ag/AgCl electrode is reference electrode. L-rhamnose, L-arabinose, D-galactose, glucose, xylose ,D-fructose can be well separated. Experimental results show that the linear relationship and repeatability are good. The method is used to determine low component and complicated samples, and the results are satisfactory.
