摘要
用高压液相色谱(HPLC)法测定了芦荟花中芦荟苷的质量分数.色谱柱:YWGC18柱(200mm×4.5mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇∶水(55∶45);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:225nm;柱温:30℃.结果表明:在0.0288到0.2880μg范围内芦荟苷与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,回归方程为Y=5.2975×10-7X+0.0058,回收率为102.0%,变异系数为1.24%.并用流动注射化学发光法研究了芦荟花的抗氧化作用.证实库拉索芦荟花的抗氧化作用强于木立芦荟花的抗氧化作用.
The method HPLC was developed for the determination of aloin of flowers in aloes. A column YWG C_(18) (200 mm×4.5 mm,5 μm ) was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water ( 55∶45 ), the flow rate being 1.0 mL·min^(-1) , detection wavelength at 225 nm, and the column temperature being 30 ℃. The linear range of aloin was between 0.028 8-0.288 0 μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 8 and the regression equation being Y=5.297 5×10^(-7)X+0.005 8, the average recovery of the method is 102.0% and RSD is 1.24 %. The antioxidation effect of flowers in aloes was studied by the flow-injection chemiluminescence. It was concluded that the antioxidation effect of aloe vera flower was higher than that of candelabra aloe flowers.
