摘要
从兔脾组织中提取猪瘟病毒兔化弱毒株RNA,利用RT-PCR技术,扩增了猪瘟兔化弱毒的第一个囊膜糖蛋白基因Erns,并对其进行了序列分析。核苷酸序列比较发现,CSFV与Brescia株和GPE-株的同源性为94.6 %,与石门毒株和Alfort/A19株的同源性为95.0 %,与ALD株的同源性为95.4 %。根据核苷酸序列推导出氨基酸序列,并进行氨基酸序列同源性比较,结果表明,CSFV与Alfort/A19株和ALD株的同源性为93.8 %,与GPE-株的同源性为93.0 %,与石门毒株和Brescia株的同源性分别为94.7 %和95.2 %。
The Erns gene,which is the first envelope protein,was amplified from the spleen of rabbits which were infected with classical swine fever virus (CSFV) by RT-nPCR method. Sequence analysis showed that nucleotide seqience homoloqies of Erns gene of the CSFV strain with Brescia and GPE- strains were 94.6 %, Shimen and Alfort strains were 95.0 %, and ALD strain was 95.4 %, respectively. The amio acid sequences had been deduced according to its nucleotide sequence, and homologies among its amio acid sequences were compared with each other.The Erns of the CSFV strain homologized with Alfort and ALD strains by 93.8%, GPE, Shimen and Brescia strains by 93.0 %, 94.7 % and 95.2 %, respectively.
