摘要
采用交替使用品系内群体轮回选择与自交系谱选择相结合的育种方法,选育出K22自交系,经配合力测定和性状鉴定表明,K22是一个一般配合力和特殊配合力都高,籽粒产量高,综合抗病性好,抗逆性强的优良自交系,用该自交系作亲本已组配出多个强优势杂交种。
Maize inbred line K22 was bred by the alternate way of population recurrent selection and inbred ear-row selection. The results showed that K22 was one elite inbred line with high GCA (general combine ability), SCA (special combine ability), high yield, good synthesis disease resistance and stress resistance. Using K22.as one parent line, the several high heiress hybrids had been abtained.
