摘要
通过对人力资源规划概念、功能、操作步骤以及其动态性的研究和阐述,旨在说明人力资源管理在现代企业管理中所起到的的重要作用,进而为企业直接有效的进行人力资源管理提供参考。
The author made an overall exposition about the concept of the human resources,the functions and the dynamic management of the human resources program.The purposes of the study is to provide some useful ad- vice for the management in a company.We should attach much more importance to the human resources manage- ment.
