论美术创作中的技术素质

A Discussion on the Possibility of the Understanding of the Technical Quality Attained from the Creation in Art

本文主要阐明两方面的问题,一是美术创作中的技术素质存在的问题;二是美术创作中如何提高技术素质问题。

The author attempts to clarifies two problems.One is whether the technical quality in creation of art existed or not,and on the other hand if it can be obtained by festering.In this paper the roles and the functions of the“Four factors”are carefully studied also.
