Urban safety emergency network based on crisis resource management

健康、安全、环保和发展 ,已经成为城市发展过程中的一项重要主题。在分析城市安全管理组织的基础上 ,提出了一种基于危机资源管理 (CrisisResourceManagement ,CRM )思想的城市安全应急网络建设策略 ,为有效地推动城市安全管理体系的建设奠定了理论基础。

Health, security, environment and development have become an important subject in the process of urban development. After analyzing the organization of urban safety management, this paper has proposed a strategy of building the urban safety emergency network based on the ideology of crisis resource management (CRM), laying a theoretic foundation for impulsing the urban safety management system building.
