Cultural Poetics is not only a practical action of literary criticism but also a new kind of literary theory. It is a timely response that has been made by critics in theory to the demand of the times.It is an inevitable trend and a progress of the development of literary theory itself. It has deeper and richer contents than the past literary theories. The practice and the theory will help each other forward. The practical experience and the problems that came from practice also require us to make the theoretical interpretation and exposition.
