Revelation of A Wandering Soul ——Yangsao's Works on his Wandering Life in the Southeast Asia in the 1920's

闽籍现代作家杨骚于1925年夏至1927年秋漂泊南洋时的创作,是一个漂泊者“真心真血的流露”。这些作品描绘了南洋人民的苦难生活,抒写了他的思乡恋国之情,也抒发了他的爱情吟唱,虽说其中弥漫着矛盾、痛苦、感伤,甚至还有颓废的气息,但却透露出他的倔强、坦诚与率真。

Yangsao was a modern writer from Fujian Province.His works on his wandering life in the Southeast Asia from the summer of 1925 to the autumn of 1927 gives a miserable picture of the people's life in the Southeast Asia. In his nostalgic and sentimental lines of his painful longing for home and lover, we see a contradictory soul,sincere and frank, sad and depressed.
