摘要
当前对党员进行分类教育管理,有助于增强基层党组织管好党员的责任感和工作的针对性,以及党员发挥作用的主动性,提高群众对党员的满意度。党员分类教育管理的具体做法是:分类制定党员教育管理的目标、内容和途径,创新制度促进党员分类教育管理机制的形成,强化措施保证党员分类教育管理的落实等三个方面。
The sorting of party members in education and administration will help strengthen the responsibility of basic party branches, improve their work; bring into full play the positiveness of party members and make the masses feel satisfied with them. The concrete ways for this are as follows; sorting out the administrative subjects, content and ways; innovating system to promote administrative mechanism; strengthening measures to realize the administration.
